General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to access and use of our website and the purchase of products from the site. Please read these terms carefully before you place any orders with us as, by continuing to use the Site and placing any order with us, you agree to be bound by the Terms as set out in this document and other policy documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions and associated with them.

Personal Information and Access to the Site
Most of the website can be accessed without registering your personal details with us. However, if you wish to open an account with us and save your logos and designs, you will need to enter your personal details to register an account.
If you register with us, you should ensure that your login details are kept confidential and not revealed to any other person. In addition, you agree that any personal information provided to us through the website is accurate and up to date.

In separate Cookie, Privacy & GDPR Policy documents, we provide details of what personal information we collect from you on the website and how we store and use these details.
We may change or update these terms from time to time so you need to check them regularly before placing an order with us. By using the Site after any changes have been made to these terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms and conditions.

We aim to make the website available 24 hours a day but we do not guarantee that the site or any of its contents will always be available or that use of the site will be completely uninterrupted. If we need to suspend part or the whole of the site at any time and for any reason, we reserve the right to do so without telling you in advance and without liability.

Accuracy of the Website Content
The product information provided on the site is posted in good faith and we will make every effort to make sure it is accurate and up to date. However, mistakes can be made and information may be incomplete or out of date due to human error or circumstances beyond our control. Our separate policies on Pricing and Returns, sets out your rights where prices are quoted incorrectly on the website and where any product you receive does not match the description provided on the site.

Any reviews, opinions or testimonials from customers posted on the website are for information purposes only and do not constitute firm recommendations or advice.
Please note that, the colours shown may not exactly match those on the actual garments ordered. Also, sizing may vary by brand so for exact sizing please refer to the Sizing Guide.

Force Majeure
H R Denne Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defects to goods delivered or supplied where it is genuinely caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, fire, flood or other acts of God, industrial action, strikes, failure or delay of power supplies, fuel transport, equipment or other goods of services for which a substitute is unavailable.

Order Processing
To purchase a product on the website, you select the product and colour and add them to your shopping cart, you then have the option to customize your product before being directed to the Checkout page. Please see our separate policy on personalization of products. If you want to amend or change anything prior to checkout you have the option to and we encourage you to check your order carefully before proceeding as once the order is submitted you will not be able to make changes. Your order is placed when you click and accept our terms and conditions and press the ‘Submit Order’ button on the Checkout page. You will then be sent an email confirmation of your order. If you notice a mistake on your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We cannot guarantee that we can amend your order at this stage but we will make every effort to if we can and the order has not yet been processed. If we are unable to supply your order (e.g. because that product is out of stock or no longer available) we will let you know by email or telephone.

Discounts & Offers
Discounts may be offered from time to time. All discounts and offers are subject to the products being available to us and in stock when we accept your order.
Discounts and offers will only be available for a limited time and the expiry date will be clearly specified at the time of ordering. To qualify you will need to submit your order and it be accepted by the relevant expiry date to benefit from the discount or offer.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer or discount where circumstances outside of our control make it necessary.

Order Cancellation
You do not have a legal right to cancel your order where you have ordered personalized products. As a consumer, if you place an order for plain products that are not personalized in any way, you have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason at any point within 14 days of receiving the product under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order as soon as possible and return any products supplied by us, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel. We will then refund in full the purchase price of the product with the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Samples, Substitutions and Own Garments
Please note that garments supplied by you/the customer for printing or embroidery are held at the customer’s risk. Whilst every care will be taken when personalizing products, we cannot accept any responsibility for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of materials provided by you/the customer. If any error is made during the printing or embroidery process onto a customer’s own garment, H R Denne Ltd will only be liable for the quoted price for embroidery and printing and not for the cost of the garment.

Customers can request or order a sample for any plain garment prior to making a bulk order. The customer will be charged for the sample but the cost will be refunded against any order made within the next 28 days.

H R Denne Ltd will make every effort to supply a specific garment/fabric ordered by the customer. However, where these are unavailable, H R Denne Ltd reserves the right to substitute with garments/fabrics of similar quality or size.

These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be governed by the laws of England and Wales and, in the event of any dispute arising from the use of the website or products and orders derived from it, will be governed by English law.
