HR Denne are fully compliant with the IOC and the Data Protection act. All companies and organisations processing and holding the personal data of subjects residing in the EU must comply with a new and strict set of requirements, regardless of location.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation is a significant piece of European legislation, which will come into force in 2018. It builds on existing data protection laws, strengthening the rights that EU individuals have over their personal data, and creating a single data protection approach across Europe.

We will follow procedures to ensure that all employees, contractors, agents, consultants and other parties who have access to any personal information, held by or on behalf of us, are fully aware of and abide by their duties and responsibilities under the Act. We will ensure that:

  • Data is not kept longer than is necessary and automatically removed after a agreed length of time or marked as a leaver if Employee has left the Company (agreement to be made between Client and HR Denne Account Manager)
  • Data is processed in accordance with an individual’s consent and rights.
  • That data is kept safely and securely.
